Just got back from the opening, it was awesome, the paintings look great all in sequence. I haven’t ever had the chance to see the artwork all hung together I always just see one at a time.
I will be posting more photos and some videos over the next couple of weeks. Here is a little taste.

MampPro to Xampp to Zend CE to do mssql to mysql
Been so busy lately learning and installing Xammp and getting it to run well, I wish I was born in Linux not Mac, Seems to be more resources for running web servers in Linux and the coffee is better there.
Been working since I got home from work on work, I have a strong feeling I am going to fall asleep before publishing this post. This week has finally caught up with me.
First spent many night up trying to find the resources to get freetds working on Mamp, no luck so made the move to Xampp, Xampps lack of GUI means more code and I am slow typer so I still want to have another crack at getting it working, but the move to Xampp has been more educational and I am starting to like reading and writing code more.
I want to get a USB stick and stick it into Jareds head and download it mine. But I am afraid I would probably have a system error and need to reinstall josh 6.3.
Probably be another week until I can get the 550d back out and takes some more photos. I have been processing some photos from a shoot that Eugene Tan from Aquabumps.com.au took. I am jealous of his equipment, Its great being able to open a professional photographers images up and look at all the settings and lens and cameras he used on the shoot.
He has the very very nice 14mm Canon lens, but I soon learnt that if you are going to get that lens you might as well get a full frame camera to get the most out of it. $$$ I dont want money I want toys.
But the amount of time I have spent away from my camera in the last couple of weeks dont justify an Up Grade. I have good equipment and I have to learn how to get the most of what I have before I think about what I dont.
Server need to cool down for a bit so shutting down now. Putting the lens cap back on. Saturday 3am.
Now for Zend Server CE
The gui doesnt seem to work that well and having trouble getting myphpadmin to allow more than 2m uploads to mysql, and only accepts gzip.
Plus side: seems to work faster, and gui has a list of pre un and installed pluggins including mssql, and imagemagick.
Also the MyPhpAdmin has DB Synchroniser for mirroring.
Finally found where mysql limit was, not in the usual php.in but in php-fcgi.ini, zend is a little annoying as it installs under usr folder so you can’t search content.
415am Sunday morning, and I dont feel tired.
Angus is Back! 10days in HK with Mum
He had a nightmare flight back, Yuki told him he was going to to see Daddy when they got on the plane, he saw some one that looked like me and fought, screamed and cried to get to me but Yuki wouldn’t let him, as it was not me.
I already know He has no concept of time and space.
He had not slept for 24hours and looked like he had been beaten, When he saw me he was happy like Xmas Morning x 10.
Happy they are both back. I will go with them next time.

My Professional lights came in last night, didn’t get to sleep till 3am, Having so much fun now.
Can’t sleep, just want to shoot some more, I need a studio, Angus is going to need a bedroom of his own soon.
Bollocks it’s 2am.
RIP Ivahn Leis
I remember watching Ivahn’s skate video’s as young teen at the Leis family home. They were awesome, not only could he skate but he could put together a cool video. He used the Sex Pistols – Holiday in the Sun as an intro to one of them, Ive been a big fan since, especially that song.
Ivahn, Amon’s big brother, was a role model, I wanted to skate like him, talk like him and be as confident as him.
After I finished High School I worked in the Leis Family business with Ivahn, He was very precise in all the work he produced, and would play inoffensive practical jokes.
One time a client arrived on a push bike, he chained it out the front, then went in to deal with Amon and I, couple of second later Ivahns walked in with the chain in his hands and said wow I just found this chain on the ground. The client screamed “someones stolen my f-ing bike” and bolted outside to look for a thief.
He had picked the lock and hid the bike in the factory in seconds. He was fast at everything.
He was fast on his bike, his skater, at paintball, his online gaming.
Amon told me this afternoon that Ivahn was an organ donor. Noble and giving.
He has given life to three other people.
His heart will live on.
He was a great person.
I send my love to the Leis Family.
